Tim Griffith Foundation

Over 40 golfers and friends enjoyed a sunny day at the Los Lagos Golf Course in San Jose, and raised money for the foundation while having fun. Tournament organizor, Marty Redman, put on a first class event with proceeds going directly to the Redwood City Outdoor Education Fund. Jo-Ann Sokolov from the RWC Education Foundation was on hand to thank the golfers, and to relay how important the week-long outdoor program is to elementary school children.

With funds raised at this event, 12 children who can not afford to go to the camp, will receive a scholarship so they can attend. This program was a favorite part of Tim's education and he would want all kids to have the experience.
